Doctolib is seeking passionate individuals to join our AI Talent Pool, contributing to the revolution of the healthcare sector through cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. Our AI/ML teams are dedicated to enhancing access to care and streamlining the daily operations of healthcare professionals and patients. We focus on large-scale projects such as medical natural language processing, recommendation systems, and clinical process automation.

As a member of our AI Talent Pool, you will be considered for future opportunities in various specialized areas, including ML Engineering & MLOps, Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLMops & Generative AI, Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Search and Ranking, Reasoning Capabilities, Knowledge Representation, and Reinforcement Learning. Your day-to-day work will involve developing and deploying AI models, implementing evaluation frameworks, and monitoring model performance to ensure optimal functionality.

Candidates should possess a degree in computer science, applied mathematics, data science, or a related field (Master's, PhD, or equivalent). Proficiency in machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn is essential, along with hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and strong Python programming skills. Excellent analytical abilities and a results-oriented approach are also required. Fluency in English is necessary to thrive in our international work environment.
