AI Support Agent- Slovenian/ Croatian Speaking

BrainRocket is seeking an AI Support Agent fluent in Slovenian and Croatian to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. As a global company specializing in Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing solutions, we are committed to delivering innovative products and exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to bridge the gap between our AI systems and customers, ensuring seamless interactions and driving sales.

In this position, you will monitor AI-driven customer interactions and intervene when necessary to address complex inquiries or close sales. Your responsibilities include refining AI prompts and scripts to enhance conversational logic, analyzing customer interactions to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with Marketing and Analytics teams to maintain on-brand automated messaging that effectively drives results.

The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, the ability to handle objections, and a talent for guiding customers toward purchases. While coding experience is not required, comfort with adjusting AI behavior and language is essential. A proactive approach to analyzing data and improving customer interactions is crucial. Availability for a five-day workweek within a 24/7 shift rotation is expected.
