Monks is seeking a visionary AI Specialist to join our specialized team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role involves managing a complex product account that requires expertise beyond typical social media marketing, blending technical proficiency with creative strategy to bridge cutting-edge AI developments and engaging social content.

Key responsibilities include actively monitoring developments from leading AI organizations to anticipate upcoming features, creating compelling social content targeted at AI enthusiasts, and designing complex prompts to prototype internal tools and test new capabilities. The AI Specialist will also serve as the go-to expert within the organization, developing and leading training sessions on new AI features, documenting internal use cases, and building comprehensive playbooks for integrating AI tools across various departments.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in coding and working with AI/ML APIs, a deep understanding of generative AI tools, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging language. A strong grasp of what resonates with the AI enthusiast community on platforms like X is essential, along with a passion for solving creative problems using new technologies and optimizing workflows.
