The AI Solutions Engineer, Post Sales Scale - W&B role at CoreWeave focuses on assisting customers in implementing and scaling AI/ML workflows and GenAI applications using the Weights & Biases platform. This position is part of the Field Engineering team, which collaborates closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure customer success and adoption of the platform. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering scalable onboarding and adoption programs such as webinars, group training sessions, and office hours to help customers achieve value quickly. Additionally, the engineer will utilize product usage signals and customer patterns to segment and trigger appropriate interventions, track program impact, and provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong proficiency in Python, and experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow/Keras or PyTorch Lightning. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Preferred qualifications include experience with GenAI and LLMs, proficiency with tools like HuggingFace or scikit-learn, and a background in data engineering or MLOps.
The base salary range for this position is $139,000 to $204,000, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
