AI Senior Designer
Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Senior AI Creative Designer to join their dynamic team in Madrid. This role focuses on revolutionizing digital marketing campaigns by integrating AI-driven design solutions across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. The Senior AI Creative Designer will be responsible for leading the creative execution of high-visibility digital marketing campaigns. Key duties include designing and delivering top-tier video and static assets, such as key visuals, motion pieces, thumbnails, end screens, and hero assets for both organic and paid media. A significant aspect of the role involves leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, accelerating ideation, production, localization, and iteration processes at scale. Additionally, the designer will prototype and validate new creative formats based on performance data, platform trends, and audience behavior insights.
Candidates should possess over six years of professional experience in digital design, motion graphics, video production, and AI-driven creative processes, ideally within fast-paced or performance-driven environments. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end creative projects, from concept through execution and iteration, is essential. Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is required, along with experience in generative AI tools for image, video, copy, and ideation. Fluency in both Spanish and English is necessary, and candidates must be based in Madrid.
