Arista Networks is seeking an AI Pursuit Strategic Account Manager to drive the adoption of next-generation AI infrastructure among major strategic customers. This role focuses on engaging with Neocloud providers and Sovereign AI initiatives, positioning Arista's advanced networking solutions to meet the demands of high-scale AI projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of skilled Customer Engineers, Professional Services, and Executive teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with clients' business objectives.

Key responsibilities include exceeding sales objectives by expanding Arista's presence within designated major accounts, particularly those involved in large-scale AI initiatives. The role requires a consultative approach to address the unique needs of AI-driven workloads and high-performance data centers, promoting the adoption of Arista's AI-ready portfolio, which encompasses high-speed switching platforms, automated network operating systems, and advanced telemetry tools. Engagement with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-level executives is essential to present value propositions centered on AI efficiency and scalability. Additionally, the position involves partnering with Pre-Sales Engineers to design architectures that optimize job completion times and performance for AI clusters, collaborating with infrastructure technology partners to demonstrate integrated AI solutions, and managing relationships with specialized partners to drive scale.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS, CS, BBA) or equivalent, with an MBA being desirable. A minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales experience is required, with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-million dollar deals in the cloud, AI, or high-performance networking sectors. Experience in selling AI-native infrastructure, GPU cloud services, or high-performance data center solutions is essential, along with a deep understanding of Neocloud dynamics, including rapid scale-out and AI workload optimization. The candidate should have a strong network of C-level and infrastructure-lead relationships within the ANZ territory, exceptional relationship-building and executive-level communication skills, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced sales environment. Technical acumen in areas such as Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, Hyper-converged infrastructure, or Cloud computing is also required.
