AI & Media Insights Analyst
Morgan & Morgan is seeking an AI & Media Insights Analyst to join our expanding Insights team in Brooklyn, New York. This role is pivotal in enhancing our campaign measurement, scaling insights infrastructure, and applying AI to unlock new value from our data. The analyst will collaborate across analytics, marketing operations, and strategy to drive smarter decisions and more impactful storytelling.
Key responsibilities include developing and deploying machine learning models to predict campaign performance and customer behavior, exploring generative AI use cases for audience segmentation and creative testing, building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, automating data workflows, and integrating new data sources into our analytics ecosystem. The analyst will also leverage industry best practices in media measurement to elevate campaign performance and translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering, with strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Panoply, or Stitch. Experience with BI tools like Sisense or Power BI, familiarity with media measurement and marketing operations workflows, and hands-on experience with machine learning, NLP, or generative AI are preferred. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
Morgan & Morgan offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 USD, along with an excellent benefits package for full-time employees, including medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
