About the Role

We are a high-growth psychiatric practice that is expanding to 15 states via telemedicine, alongside a specialized physical clinic in Fairfax, VA (focused on TMS and Ketamine).

We have moved away from traditional agency models to a high-efficiency AI-Augmented Stack. We are looking for an Operations Manager to "pilot" this machine. You are not responsible for manual content writing or manual keyword bidding; you are responsible for orchestrating tools and ensuring clinical ROI.
