As an AI-Driven Product Development Generalist, you will contribute across multiple domains—including coding, design, multimedia, marketing, and project management—to build and launch prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs). Collaborating with specialists, you will leverage AI tools to deliver solutions in a rapid development environment, ideally spanning several of our focus areas such as martech, fintech, web, and crypto.
Key responsibilities include utilizing AI-driven tools like Cursor for coding, Figma AI for design, and Jasper for marketing to accelerate product development across applicable domains. You will contribute to web applications, websites, multimedia, or backend systems using modern frameworks as needed. Designing user interfaces, wireframes, or prototypes to create intuitive products, and creating multimedia assets or marketing content to support product launches based on your skill set, are also part of the role. Managing project timelines, coordinating tasks, or defining requirements in your areas of expertise, and delivering functional prototypes or MVPs in at least two or more domains, with the potential to expand across all areas, are expected.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in at least two of the following areas: software development, UX/UI design, multimedia production, marketing, or project management. Proficiency in relevant tools for your strongest domains, such as React, Figma, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, or Jira, is required. Familiarity with AI-driven tools for code generation, design automation, or content creation is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to adapt across multiple domains are essential. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, prototype-driven environment with shifting priorities is crucial. Experience or interest in martech (e.g., ad tech), fintech (e.g., payments), or cryptocurrency (e.g., blockchain) is advantageous.
