AI Enablement Engineer, IT
ID.me is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to join its Corporate AI Enablement & Efficiency team. This team is dedicated to integrating AI technologies into the company's operations, aiming to enhance efficiency and innovation across the organization. As an AI Enablement Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming AI from a conceptual tool into a practical asset utilized daily by all teams.
In this role, you will design and develop end-to-end automations and integrations that connect various applications, data sources, and AI services. Your responsibilities will include building AI-powered capabilities using large language models, such as structured outputs and retrieval-augmented generation, to automate real business processes. Additionally, you will develop and maintain servers and reusable AI skills and agents, ensuring secure and governed access to internal systems and data.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in building integrations and automations, with a strong background in API and webhook development, including handling authentication, rate limits, retries, and idempotency. Proficiency in developing AI-powered capabilities using large language models is essential. Experience in building and maintaining servers and reusable AI skills and agents is also required. A solid understanding of security and data compliance is crucial to ensure responsible handling of data and AI usage.
