AI Data Engineer Specialist
Eurofins is seeking an AI Data Engineer Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. The AI Data Engineer Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end data pipelines, encompassing data ingestion, modeling, governance, and visualization. Key tasks include implementing Azure-based analytics solutions utilizing services such as Azure Data Lake, Synapse, and Key Vault. The role also involves building and optimizing Power BI dashboards, integrating AI and machine learning capabilities into existing business applications, and developing solutions using Python and C# for scalable computation. Additionally, the specialist will work on API-first and microservices architectures, support MLOps pipelines, and participate in Agile delivery processes.
Candidates should possess strong SQL skills, including optimization and performance tuning, and have hands-on experience with the Azure cloud ecosystem. Proficiency in designing dashboards and BI solutions using Power BI is essential, along with programming experience in Python and C#. Exposure to AI, machine learning, and the ability to integrate AI models into solutions via APIs are also required. A solid understanding of data warehousing, semantic modeling, and enterprise reporting is necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with vector search and embeddings, conversational AI, and familiarity with regulated industries such as life sciences or healthcare.
