AI Conversation Designer
The AI Conversation Designer will join Checkr's Service Design team, focusing on managing and optimizing conversational AI agents across various platforms. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency through the development of human-centered AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms and a strong understanding of conversation design principles.
Key responsibilities include leading the development and management of AI agents, overseeing their lifecycle from prompt engineering to deployment, and analyzing performance data to drive improvements. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and troubleshooting AI agent behaviors. Additionally, the designer will implement dynamic response content and lead special projects to support evolving AI capabilities.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in conversational AI, knowledge management, or chatbot administration. Proficiency in conversation design principles, strong analytical skills, and excellent written communication are essential. The ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive mindset are also required.
Compensation for this role varies by location, with a base salary range of $90,000 to $112,000 in Denver, CO, and $82,000 to $102,000 in Nashville, TN.
