AI Agent Specialist – Operations (m/w/d)

CarOnSale is a rapidly growing B2B platform revolutionizing the European automotive trade by digitizing processes traditionally reliant on phone calls and spreadsheets. With over 200 employees in Berlin and a recent €70 million Series C funding, the company is integrating AI into its operations team to enhance efficiency and scalability. The AI Agent Specialist will play a pivotal role in this transformation, focusing on implementing AI solutions within the operations framework.

In this role, the specialist will analyze existing processes in Customer Care, Logistics, and Quality Assurance to identify areas where AI can have the most significant impact. Collaborating with external AI partners, they will develop and deploy functional AI agents, oversee their performance, and ensure continuous optimization. Additionally, the specialist will bridge the gap between operations and technology teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in operations, process optimization, or business analysis, with a proven track record of end-to-end process automation. Proficiency in Python for scripting, data analysis, and automation is essential, along with a solid understanding of APIs and data flows. Fluency in both German and English at a C1 level is required.
