Affiliate Network Builder

Hyphen Connect is seeking an Affiliate Network Builder to lead the development of a decentralized ecosystem of advocates for our crypto-integrated software solutions. This role is pivotal in expanding our global reach by recruiting and managing a high-performance network of affiliates and influencers who will champion our products.

The Affiliate Network Builder will be responsible for identifying and recruiting high-impact affiliates, influencers, and community leaders within the crypto and fintech sectors. They will design and implement competitive commission structures and incentive programs to drive long-term partner loyalty and performance. Additionally, the role involves managing the end-to-end affiliate lifecycle, providing partners with necessary marketing assets, technical support, and product education.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or business development. A proven track record of building and scaling affiliate networks, ideally within the crypto, SaaS, or gaming industries, is essential. Strong networking and relationship-management skills, along with familiarity with affiliate tracking software and crypto-native payment or reward systems, are also required.
