Affiliate Invoice Coordinator
BrainRocket is seeking an Affiliate Invoice Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded our presence in Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. Our team of 1,300 innovative professionals is dedicated to shaping and launching impactful products.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing affiliate invoices, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with company policies. Your day-to-day tasks will include communicating with affiliates to request and review invoices, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal finance teams, maintaining organized financial records, tracking affiliate payments, generating reports on invoice status, and assisting in month-end closing activities related to affiliate invoicing.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in accounts payable, invoicing, or finance-related roles, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential, along with strong communication abilities to interact effectively with affiliates and internal teams. The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
