ROLE
The Administrative Assistant – Health & Safety & Travel supports the coordination and execution of Health & Safety (H&S) programs and corporate travel operations. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and local regulations, while delivering an efficient and seamless travel experience for employees across multiple locations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies, including documentation (risk assessments, audits, training, and incident logs) and compliance tracking
Coordinate occupational health processes, including scheduling medical appointments, managing employee communications, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems
Manage administrative processes related to work accidents, ensuring proper documentation, follow-up, and timely internal and legal reporting
