Administrative Assistant

Eurofins is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in our Hardline Laboratory. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and customers, managing reports and documentation, supporting data entry and administrative processes, and assisting with invoicing and accounts receivable matters to ensure smooth business operations.

Key responsibilities include preparing and sending daily report lists to relevant departments to ensure timely report release to customers, creating acceptance forms and confirming details with customers, handling subcontract submissions and processing purchases for subcontractors/suppliers through the COUPA system, compiling test results from technicians and preparing test reports, coordinating with the review and log-out teams to send finalized reports to clients, uploading reports and maintaining accurate data in the system, including creating client accounts, preparing and sending quotations to customers, managing courier arrangements for contracts and returned samples, monitoring stationery usage and arranging purchases when necessary, and supporting other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Administration, or Testing-related roles. A basic knowledge of Accounting or Finance is advantageous. A university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in reading documents, writing emails, and speaking is required. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, good communication and coordination skills, attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation, and the ability to work independently and manage deadlines are essential.
