Acquiom Imports Analyst
The Acquiom Imports Analyst at SRS Acquiom is responsible for interpreting complex payment and allocation spreadsheets, creating guidelines, and manipulating data for import into the system of record (NetSuite) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This entry-level role supports the accurate and timely setup and validation of shareholder and payment data for M&A transactions, ensuring data integrity and alignment with source documents and deal instructions.
Key responsibilities include auditing closing allocation and payment spreadsheets to ensure completeness and accuracy, standardizing and manipulating data using established import templates, executing independent validation by comparing NetSuite records to source documents, and investigating and resolving data discrepancies. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to confirm data requirements and resolve questions related to import instructions or source files.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. At least one year of experience in financial operations, data operations, or an analyst-type role is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and data manipulation, is essential. Experience with sophisticated ERP systems like NetSuite and developing work streams to accomplish business tasks is also desired.
