Accounts Payable Lead
The Accounts Payable Lead at Fever is responsible for overseeing the global accounts payable function across more than 50 countries. This role involves managing a team of 10 full-time employees, ensuring standardized and compliant processes, and driving continuous improvements within the accounts payable operations. Key responsibilities include leading and managing the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, from invoice processing and approvals to vendor management and month-end closing activities. The role also involves supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, contributing to process design, testing, and ensuring smooth adoption by the team. Additionally, the Accounts Payable Lead will define and analyze key process metrics to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with finance, operations, and business stakeholders to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
Candidates should possess a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with over seven years of experience in accounts payable or finance, including team leadership roles. Experience in multi-country or international environments is essential, as is hands-on exposure to ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. A strong process improvement and automation mindset, solid analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are also required. Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Spanish is considered a plus.
