WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded AP Analyst to support the day-to-day execution of Horizon3’s accounts payable operations and help scale a clean, responsive procure-to-pay process as the company grows.

This role is highly operational and focused on invoice processing, vendor communication, expense review, and operational follow-through across the systems and workflows that keep Accounts Payable moving efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving SaaS and cybersecurity environment, brings strong attention to detail, and is comfortable coordinating across Accounting, Procurement, employees, and external vendors.
