Accountmanager
As an Account Manager at Eurofins Food Testing Rotterdam in Barendrecht, you will serve as the primary liaison for clients in the feed and food sector, focusing on fats, oils, nuts, dried fruits, and bakery ingredients. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our clients and our services, maintaining relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and translating client inquiries into solutions that enhance quality and food safety.
Your key responsibilities include managing existing and potential client relationships, monitoring client satisfaction, and identifying commercial opportunities. You will translate client inquiries into appropriate solutions, manage the CRM system, and support administrative processes such as tenders, audits, pricing agreements, and complaint handling. Collaborating with internal departments, you will ensure that client inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience in a B2B environment or within the food industry is advantageous. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, along with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Eurofins offers a one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position, a salary ranging from €3,432 to €4,200 per month (based on 40 hours), and a full-electric company car for client visits. Additional benefits include 25 vacation days (with the option to purchase extra leave), a pension scheme allowing reduced working hours from age 58 without loss of accrual, a profit-sharing scheme, and an individual choice budget for added flexibility.
