Accounting Manager LATAM

Fever is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee its Latin American subsidiaries. This role involves managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and enhancing accounting processes. The position is based at Fever's headquarters in Madrid, Spain, and reports directly to the Head of Accounting.

Key responsibilities include managing accounting operations for the group's entities in Latin America, reviewing and closing monthly and annual accounts, implementing new accounting processes, developing internal controls, and participating in projects such as ERP development and financial tool optimization.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a professional accounting certification (CPA or Contador Público). Preference is given to certifications from Colombia or Mexico. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Big Four firm and at least one year as an Accounting Manager or Supervisor. Fluency in English and native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish are required.
