Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Team Captains and Account Executives to achieve and exceed growth targets. The role involves developing and executing strategies to grow the business by matching the right products to the right partners across the Philippines. Monitoring team performance, providing regular feedback, and supporting professional development are essential aspects of the job. Additionally, the Account Team Lead is expected to build and maintain strong relationships with key hotel partners and industry stakeholders, oversee the end-to-end sales process to maximize partner revenue growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales pipeline management and conversion rates.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree or higher from a top university and a minimum of 5 years' experience in operational or execution roles. A minimum of 3 years in a senior supervisory or team management position is required, with a proven track record in using data to drive teams and make decisions. Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English, and the capacity to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels are essential. The candidate should also possess an analytical mindset, be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
