As an Account Success Manager at CarOnSale, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the automotive trade by driving customer success and operational excellence on Europe's leading digital marketplace for used cars. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will optimize processes, ensure high-quality standards, and foster growth across the platform. Your analytical skills and proactive approach will be instrumental in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing data-driven solutions. Acting as a bridge between customers, sales, after-sales, and operations teams, you will create a seamless customer journey and enhance overall platform performance.
Your primary responsibilities will include guiding new major clients through their initial phase, ensuring they understand and effectively use the platform's features and processes. You will analyze existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement concrete measures to streamline processes between buyers and sellers. Facilitating smooth collaboration between customers and internal teams in sales and after-sales, you will ensure a positive customer experience. Regular check-ins with clients will help you anticipate operational challenges and implement swift solutions to maintain quality and market growth. Utilizing data analysis and AI, you will monitor market stability and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and driving platform enhancements.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. You should have 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, Project Management, or Process Management roles. Strong analytical competence is essential, enabling you to quickly understand and structure complex workflows and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven approaches. Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1) are required to engage with various stakeholders and teams. A proactive, resilient, and self-organized approach, along with effective stakeholder management skills, will be crucial. Affinity for digital tools, CRM systems, and AI is also important. While familiarity with the automotive trade is a plus, it is not required; strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities are highly valued.
CarOnSale offers a competitive salary range of €35,000 - €45,000 per year, based on experience and skills, along with a virtual stock options plan.
