Account Manager
The Account Manager at Storable is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction, health, product usage, and retention of the company's Risk partners. This role focuses on proactively identifying and mitigating risks, strengthening long-term relationships, and driving adoption and performance across Storable's risk products. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a portfolio of clients in a SaaS or storage-related environment and excels at building trusted partnerships that create predictable, long-term value.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with assigned partners, proactively identifying, forecasting, and managing account risks, and developing and executing mitigation strategies. The Account Manager will also clearly communicate partner needs and risk mitigation requirements across internal teams, maintain a deep understanding of customers' businesses, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, and surface meaningful insights to leadership. Additionally, the role involves identifying growth opportunities by analyzing product usage, performance trends, and partner needs, escalating at-risk accounts as needed, and executing retention strategies to reinforce satisfaction and loyalty.
The position requires 3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role within SaaS or the self-storage industry. Candidates should have experience with consultative selling and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, strong relationship management skills with a proactive, partner-first mindset, and hands-on experience with Client Success platforms and CRM tools such as Vitally and Gong. The role also demands strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk and develop proactive solutions, self-motivation with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to changing priorities, processes, and business needs. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed, and a Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain one.
Storable offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 annually, with additional variable incentives.
