Octus is seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic team in New York City. As a leading global provider of credit intelligence, data, and analytics, Octus serves professionals across hedge funds, investment banking, management consulting, and law firms. The Account Management team focuses on managing and expanding relationships with buyside, advisory, and legal accounts throughout the United States.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the subscription renewal cycle, aiming for a net retention target of over 115%. Key responsibilities include identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with the customer success team to deliver exceptional client service, and coordinating with the product team to suggest enhancements. Additionally, you will track and analyze key performance indicators and product usage to inform relationship management strategies.

The ideal candidate has experience in account management, particularly in renewing, upselling, and cross-selling solutions to buyside, sell-side, advisory, or law firms. Strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding net retention targets are essential. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple ongoing workstreams. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required, along with experience using Salesforce.

Octus offers a competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $130,000, complemented by a quarterly commission bonus.
