Account Manager – Gurgaon Based
As an Account Manager at Agoda, you will be responsible for expanding and enhancing Agoda's network of hotel partners across the Indian Subcontinent. This role involves remotely managing a diverse portfolio of hotels, aiming to maximize partner engagement and improve supply metrics through digital-first account management strategies.
Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel partners via calls, emails, and virtual meetings. You will analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, activate Agoda's products and promotions for partners, and ensure all activities are accurately documented. Utilizing Agoda's digital tools for outreach and reporting will be essential, as well as participating in ongoing training to stay updated on new tools and best practices.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of four years' experience in account management, business development, or a related field within the e-commerce or supply sectors. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills are crucial, along with an analytical mindset and the ability to use data to drive decisions. Comfort with digital-first work environments, including remote portfolio management and CRM tools, is also important. Being self-driven, organized, and capable of managing a large portfolio independently will contribute to your success.
