Account Manager
DiliTrust, a leading European SaaS publisher specializing in legal technology, is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Montreal. In this role, the Account Manager will build and maintain strategic relationships with legal departments, General Counsel, Corporate Secretaries, Legal Operations teams, CEOs, Board members, and other executive stakeholders across multinational corporations and public sector organizations. Responsibilities include driving customer adoption, managing contract renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leading customer business reviews, and collaborating cross-functionally to support customer needs.
Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in account management, customer success, or enterprise SaaS environments, with a proven ability to build strategic long-term account plans and develop trusted customer relationships. Experience managing strategic or enterprise customer accounts within a technology or SaaS environment is preferred. Fluency in both French and English is required.
