Account Manager
DiliTrust, a leading European SaaS publisher specializing in legal technology, is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Philadelphia. As an Account Manager, you will build and maintain strategic relationships with legal departments, General Counsel, Corporate Secretaries, Legal Operations teams, CEOs, Board members, and other executive stakeholders across multinational corporations and public sector organizations. Your role will involve serving as a trusted advisor, driving customer adoption, engagement, and long-term success with DiliTrust’s legal technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales, implementation, support, product, development, and marketing teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of strategic client accounts, overseeing contract renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leading customer business reviews, and monitoring KPIs to support customer value and growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in account management, customer success, or enterprise SaaS environments, with a proven track record in building strategic long-term account plans and developing trusted customer relationships. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required, along with excellent presentation and communication skills.
