Account Manager - DACH
As an Account Manager at DiliTrust, you will engage with senior executives of multinational corporations and mid-sized companies across the private and public sectors. Collaborating closely with CEOs, board members, and management teams, you will drive and expand key client relationships. Acting as a product expert, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and our internal sales, development, and marketing teams.
Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of key clients, managing contract renewals, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to meet targets. Additionally, you will act as a consultant on our products, assisting clients in their usage, and monitor key performance indicators related to business cases and product utilization.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of proven experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role within the enterprise software sector. Experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) is essential, along with a consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals. Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities and maintain detailed records of all sales interactions is required. Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
