As an Account Manager B2B at CarOnSale, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our dealer clients and our digital marketplace. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate seamless transactions by negotiating directly with both sellers and buyers, advising on market prices, and ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties involved. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with dealers is essential, as you will be their go-to contact for any inquiries or challenges they may face. Additionally, you will support clients in their sales decisions, providing transparency throughout the entire process, and contribute significantly to the growth and success of our marketplace and dealer network. Sharing market insights within the team and maintaining accurate customer data in our CRM system are also key aspects of this role.
To excel in this position, you should have completed training in the automotive sector, such as a qualification as an automotive mechatronics technician, service advisor, or automotive salesperson, or possess extensive experience in a dealership, workshop, or automotive environment. Practical negotiation skills are crucial, enabling you to effectively communicate and mediate between sellers and buyers, finding suitable solutions to any issues that arise. An independent and reliable work ethic is important, as is a passion for teamwork and customer interaction. You should be comfortable with frequent phone communication and eager to engage with a team that is dedicated to success while enjoying the process. Openness to innovation and AI is valued, with a desire for personal development and a digital affinity for modern tools. Proficiency in German at a C1 level in both spoken and written forms is required; additional language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
