Arista Networks is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our growing Sales organization. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, implementing sales strategies to exceed targets within a designated list of commercial accounts. You will collaborate with a team of skilled Customer Engineers, Professional Services, and Executive teams to align Arista's technical resources with customer business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include exceeding measurable sales objectives, extending the Arista brand within Global 2000 accounts, and developing new logo accounts. You will utilize a consultative selling approach to address business needs across Arista's product portfolio, including Software-Driven Open Networking switching platforms, high-performance Data Centers, Campus networks, Cognitive Campus Wi-Fi solutions, DANZ Monitoring Fabric, Network Detection & Response (NDR), and Endpoint Security solutions. Engaging with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-level executives to present Arista’s value proposition is essential.

The ideal candidate possesses a hunter mentality with a proven track record in technology sales, cultivating relationships with existing customers, and penetrating new accounts. A BS/BA degree or equivalent, along with 5+ years of technology sales experience, is required. Relevant data center or networking industry background from a technology partner, competitor, channel partner, or end user is essential. Strong relationships within the territory and excellent interpersonal skills are also necessary.
