The company is seeking an Account Manager to join its Sales team at the Taipei headquarters. This role focuses on cultivating strong relationships with both new and existing clients, assisting them in strategizing and planning digital marketing campaigns to achieve their goals.
The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying key growth opportunities with stakeholders, strategizing and planning digital marketing campaigns tailored to client objectives, and managing campaign launches and ongoing operations. This includes conducting market research, troubleshooting issues, managing budgets, and providing comprehensive reporting. A critical aspect of the role is to build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience in digital marketing. Experience in performance marketing or app optimization is considered a plus. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and effective time management abilities. A combination of analytical and communication skills, along with some technical understanding, is essential. Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are also important.
