Account Executive (x/f/m) - Würzburg
As an Account Executive at Doctolib's Würzburg office, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth within Germany. In this position, you will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to successful deal closure. Your primary responsibilities include achieving revenue targets and fostering growth in your designated region. By understanding the unique needs and challenges of physicians, you will provide tailored digital solutions that address their specific requirements. Additionally, you will utilize Salesforce to monitor your performance and implement data-driven sales strategies.
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales and B2B environments. Strong skills in proactive client acquisition and pitching are essential. A high energy level, passion for sales, and a confident, professional demeanor are crucial for success in this role. An entrepreneurial mindset, organizational proficiency, and the ability to maintain focus under pressure are also important. Proficiency in German at a C1 level or higher is required, along with a valid Class B driver's license and a willingness to travel to client sites.
