As an Account Executive at Doctolib's Regensburg office, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth within the German healthcare sector. In this role, you will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to successful contract closure. Your primary responsibilities include analyzing the needs of physicians, understanding their challenges, and presenting Doctolib's digital solutions to address these issues effectively. Additionally, you will be accountable for achieving revenue targets and fostering growth within your designated region, utilizing data-driven strategies to measure and enhance performance.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in field sales and B2B environments. Strong acquisition and pitching skills are essential, along with a high energy level and a professional demeanor that instills confidence. An entrepreneurial mindset, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to maintain focus under pressure are crucial. Proficiency in German at a C1 level or higher is required, as well as a valid Class B driving license and a willingness to travel to client sites.
