Remote is seeking an Account Executive to join its APAC Sales team, focusing on small and mid-sized businesses in Southeast Asia. This role is pivotal in driving new business by helping clients navigate global employment challenges through Remote's comprehensive HR platform. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely, aligning with Remote's commitment to a future-focused, asynchronous work culture.

The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, aiming to meet and exceed sales quotas. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, presenting Remote's suite of services to prospective and existing customers, and maintaining a high-velocity pipeline. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and self-generating leads through various channels such as telephone outreach, virtual visits, networking, and industry events.

Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas, particularly for new logos. Experience selling into Australia, New Zealand, and Japan is essential, with additional experience in other APAC markets being preferable. Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills are required, including the ability to handle complex commercial and pricing objections. Proficiency in using a full tech stack, including LinkedIn, Salesforce, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, Outreach, and Clari, is also necessary. Business fluency in English is essential.

The on-target earnings for this position range from $224,000 SGD to $252,000 SGD, with the base salary comprising 50% of the total compensation.
