About The Role
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join our high-performing team and accelerate Flare’s growth across the mid-market. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle, working closely with SDRs and internal specialists to build pipeline, engage senior stakeholders, and close complex, multi-threaded deals. You’ll be selling into HR leaders and cross-functional decision-makers, shaping compelling business cases and navigating intricate buying processes to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers.
 
What you'll be doing...
Own and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, including territory planning and pipeline development
Build and manage a strong pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
Partner closely with SDRs to identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes, engaging HR leaders, Finance, IT, Legal, and executive stakeholders
Develop compelling business cases and drive “incremental closes” across each stage of the buying journey
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and internal specialists to progress deals and deliver value to customers
Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and activity targets in a performance-driven environment
 
What we'd love to see from you...
Proven experience as a full-cycle Account Executive in a B2B SaaS environment
Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing enterprise or mid-market deals
Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, particularly HR or business leaders
