As an SMB Account Executive at Mindbody, you will be a key driver of new revenue growth by owning a high-volume outbound sales motion across our total addressable market. You will focus on identifying, engaging, and converting small and medium-sized business prospects through outbound calls, emails, texts, and social platforms. This role requires managing the entire sales cycle, from first contact to closing deals, operating with speed and precision to meet monthly targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key responsibilities include executing high-volume outbound cold calling to single-location SMBs, owning the full sales cycle—including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and contract closure—within a sub-30-day timeframe, and consistently positioning Mindbody’s advantages against alternative solutions in a competitive wellness/fitness technology landscape. You will also be expected to maintain strict daily and weekly KPIs, leveraging CRM for real-time tracking, and develop tailored proposals swiftly to differentiate our offerings in competitive sales scenarios.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience in an end-to-end, high-volume closing role or as a Senior Sales Development Representative in a high-volume SaaS business with a stellar record of performance. Demonstrated success in sub-45-day sales cycles, quickly converting outbound outreach into closed deals, is essential. Self-motivation, competitiveness, and a target-obsessed mindset are crucial, along with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM is required, and experience with SaaS and wellness/fitness technology is preferred.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $45,000 to $50,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) around $80,000 to $95,000 annually. The total compensation package may also include uncapped commissions, benefits, and other applicable incentive compensation plans.
