As an Account Executive at Doctolib, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth within the Marburg region. In this role, you will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract conclusion. Your primary responsibilities include independently acquiring doctors, acting as a concept consultant to analyze and understand their needs, and creating real added value with Doctolib's products. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking your sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce to measure your success and contribute significantly to the revenue and growth of your region.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales or field service, preferably in the B2B sector. Excellent hunting and pitching skills, a high energy level, and a confident, positive, and professional demeanor are essential. An entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented approach, and strong organizational skills are also required. Proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level and a valid class B driver's license are necessary for this position. Experience in the healthcare or e-health sector is considered a plus.
