As an Account Executive at Doctolib in Mainz, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals. In this role, you will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring the achievement of regional revenue targets. Your responsibilities include independently acquiring new clients, understanding their specific needs, and providing tailored solutions that add significant value. Regular tracking of sales activities and forecasting using Salesforce will be essential to measure and optimize your performance.
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of two years of experience in sales or field service, preferably within the B2B sector. Strong hunting and pitching skills, a high energy level, and a professional demeanor are crucial. An entrepreneurial mindset, result orientation, and excellent organizational abilities are also important. Proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level and a valid Class B driver's license are required.
