Building long-term partnerships with healthcare facilities and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor are key aspects of the job.

The ideal candidate possesses at least four years of experience in sales or field sales, preferably in B2B solutions. Strong hunting and pitching skills, a high energy level, and a professional demeanor are essential. Excellent communication skills in German (minimum C1 level) and a valid Class B driver's license are required. Experience in the healthcare or e-health sector, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong organizational skills are advantageous.
