Account Executive

As an Account Executive with LendingTree Business Loans, you will collaborate with entrepreneurs nationwide to help them achieve their financial objectives. LendingTree's industry-leading financial technology provides warm leads to our Financial Sales team, enabling them to offer business owners tailored lending solutions based on their unique needs and eligibility.

In this role, you will establish relationships with small business owners to understand their borrowing needs via phone and email. You will resolve borrower financing objectives through a consultative approach, suggest and negotiate terms of funding, and manage the entire loan process from initial contact to closing. Additionally, you will accurately lead the sales funnel using a best-in-class CRM and source and close new business at or above quota.

The ideal candidate possesses extraordinary communication skills and a strong phone presence. A minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience is required, with a 4-year degree preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience in B2B sales, fintech, SaaS, or financial sales is desired. The ability to learn quickly, be coachable, and close deals is essential. Familiarity with Salesforce is strongly preferred, along with self-motivation, goal orientation, and strong time management skills.

The base salary for this position is $49,440, complemented by an uncapped commission structure. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching.
