Account Executive
Lawmatics is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their dynamic sales team in San Diego, California. This hybrid role involves working in the office Monday through Wednesday and remotely on Thursday and Friday. In this position, the Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within the legal industry, specifically targeting law firms. Key responsibilities include building and managing a robust pipeline of qualified leads, conducting product demonstrations, and overseeing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. The role requires active prospecting, effective communication with potential clients, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry with a focus on professional services such as legal, healthcare, or accounting. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with CRM and sales prospecting tools like Salesforce and Salesloft. Self-motivation, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
The compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $149,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
