Account Executive Frankreich (m/w/d)
As an Account Executive for France at Vention, you will play a pivotal role in assisting companies to harness the vast opportunities in industrial automation. Vention's Manufacturing Automation Platform (MAP) enables clients to design, automate, order, and deploy manufacturing equipment directly from their web browser. Your primary responsibilities will include consultative selling, where you will guide customers in finding optimal automation solutions by actively listening and solving problems. You will manage the entire sales funnel, from qualifying inbound leads and pursuing outbound targets to closing deals and forecasting future revenue. Collaborating closely with Application Engineers, you will utilize Vention's proprietary tools, such as MachineBuilder, to transform concepts into functional machine designs. Additionally, you will act as a bridge to leadership, providing field feedback to refine sales strategies and ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
The ideal candidate will possess over two years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial automation or robotics. Excellent communication skills in both French and English are essential. You should be comfortable engaging with clients, presenting solutions, and proactively reaching out via phone. A passion for customer success, the ability to identify client needs, and a demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are crucial. A strong interest in engineering topics and a natural curiosity about how things work will be advantageous. Familiarity with sales tools like Gong, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Salesforce, or Seismic is considered a plus. A competitive spirit, a strong sense of purpose, and a desire to excel are key attributes for success in this role.
