Account Executive France (m/w/d)
As an Account Executive at Vention, you will play a pivotal role in assisting businesses to leverage industrial automation solutions. Vention's Manufacturing Automation Platform enables clients to design, automate, order, and deploy equipment directly from their web browser, streamlining the automation process. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on cutting-edge technology and innovation.
Your primary responsibilities will include consultative selling to help customers identify optimal automation solutions, managing both inbound and outbound leads to build a robust sales pipeline, and collaborating closely with Application Engineers to develop projects using Vention's proprietary tools. Additionally, you will provide strategic feedback to leadership to refine sales strategies and ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial automation or robotics, and possess excellent communication skills in both French and English. A strong technical aptitude, comfort with production environments, and proficiency in sales processes such as discovery calls and closing techniques are essential. Familiarity with sales tools like Gong, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Salesforce, or Seismic is considered an asset.
