Account Executive, Fever for Business (Dutch Speaker)
Fever is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join its Fever for Business (F4B) unit, focusing on the Dutch-speaking market. F4B is dedicated to simplifying live experiences for companies worldwide by offering reliable and scalable event solutions. The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding Fever's B2B offerings, bringing cultural and live entertainment experiences to corporate and institutional clients.
In this role, the Account Executive will manage a targeted portfolio within the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, driving new business revenue and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets. Responsibilities include pipeline creation, deal cycle management using MEDDIC-style sales methodologies, and executing creative outreach strategies to engage ideal prospects. The position also involves building lasting client relationships that generate recurring revenue and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Partners, and Operations teams to ensure alignment.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, Media, Entertainment, or MICE industries, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience with MEDDIC or SPIN sales methodologies is preferred. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential. The candidate should be an entrepreneurial self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, and possess a growth mindset. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
