Account Executive - Enterprise (x/f/m) - Milano
As an Account Executive at Doctolib in Milan, you will be the primary liaison between the company and healthcare facilities, including polyclinics, medical centers, and healthcare entrepreneurs. Your role involves managing the entire sales cycle to simplify healthcare professionals' workflows and enhance patient access to medical services.
Your key responsibilities will include initiating new business opportunities by contacting healthcare facilities through various channels, qualifying prospects to identify decision-makers and their needs, and scheduling follow-ups to advance opportunities. You will conduct online meetings to understand organizational structures, present tailored demonstrations of Doctolib's solutions, and address any questions or objections. Additionally, you will craft customized commercial proposals, lead negotiations to closure, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Managing your sales pipeline and activities within the CRM system, while monitoring key performance indicators, will also be essential.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales roles within SaaS or tech companies, particularly involving complex products. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, energy, determination, ambition, and a strong team-oriented mindset are crucial. A results-driven approach with a solid understanding of key performance indicators and a commitment to achieving and surpassing objectives is expected. Experience or a strong interest in the healthcare sector and proficiency in English are advantageous.
