Account Executive - East

The Account Executive - East at Interface AI is a pivotal role focused on driving new business and expanding client relationships within the Eastern United States. This position is integral to Interface AI's mission of revolutionizing banking through AI-powered solutions, aiming to enhance financial well-being for millions of consumers.

Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure, and utilizing methodologies like Sandler or MEDDIC/MEDDPIC to align on business outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies and maintaining a deep understanding of Interface AI’s SaaS offerings to effectively communicate their value to clients.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with over three years of experience in a full-cycle sales or account executive role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry. A strong track record of sourcing and closing new business with mid-market and enterprise clients is essential, as are excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with AI-powered technologies or customer experience platforms is a plus.

The compensation package offers on-target earnings between $220,000 and $300,000, combining base salary and commissions. Benefits include fully paid health, dental, and vision care, a 401(k) match, discretionary PTO, paid parental leave, and mental health and wellness support.
