Account Executive
Black Forest Labs is seeking an Account Executive to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. As pioneers behind technologies like Latent Diffusion, Stable Diffusion, and FLUX, we are at the forefront of generative AI, empowering millions of creators and businesses worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of expanding human creativity through advanced AI models.
In this position, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, renewals, and upselling. Your portfolio will include a diverse range of clients, from agile AI startups to established global enterprises. Key responsibilities involve qualifying inbound leads, executing outbound prospecting, and collaborating with sales leadership on targeted campaigns. Additionally, you will handle negotiations related to API access and licensing, ensuring client needs are met effectively.
The ideal candidate possesses 2-4 years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably progressing from a Business Development Representative to an Account Executive. Experience in selling technical products such as APIs, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML solutions is essential. You should be comfortable discussing model capabilities and integrations with technical stakeholders, adept at managing multiple accounts simultaneously, and proactive in building pipelines through outbound efforts. Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments is highly valued.
We offer a competitive base annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $170,000 USD, complemented by bonuses and equity options. Our distributed team operates with flexibility, encouraging in-person collaboration in our Freiburg or San Francisco offices at least twice a week, or one full week every other week. For remote team members, we facilitate monthly in-person weeks to maintain strong connections, covering reasonable travel expenses to support this structure.
