Account Exec - Spanish
As an SMB Account Executive at Mindbody, you will be a key driver of new revenue growth by managing a high-volume outbound sales process targeting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This role involves identifying, engaging, and converting prospects through various channels, including calls, emails, texts, and social platforms, without relying on warm leads. You will own the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, operating with speed and precision to meet monthly targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include executing high-volume outbound cold calls to single-location SMBs, managing the full sales cycle—including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and contract closure—within a sub-30-day timeframe, and consistently positioning Mindbody's advantages against alternative solutions in the wellness and fitness technology landscape. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain strict daily and weekly KPIs, develop tailored proposals swiftly, and stay informed on product updates and market dynamics to enhance outreach and win rates.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience in a high-volume closing role or as a Senior Sales Development Representative in a high-volume SaaS business with a stellar performance record. Demonstrated success in sub-45-day sales cycles, exceptional organizational skills, resilience in handling rejection, and strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to SMB audiences are essential. Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems and fluency in Spanish are required. Experience with SaaS and wellness/fitness technology is preferred, and familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based tools is a plus.
